It took me awhile before I starting to see any difference as well. But when my clothes started to get too big for me that's when I realized I was doing something right. Trust me when I say you'll get there too. It takes time and patience. Don't give up hope. You can do this. :)

Those are some great ideas. @beggs02 As for the recipe with quinoa, I avoid that and rice due to it being high in carbs. And @Huffy_Puffy I've eaten wraps a lot. They're not bad, maybe I could spice em up a bit. By adding yogurt or cream cheese. I have my own seasonings I add to my chicken to avoid high sodium.

I haven't been to the gym once since starting my new healthy lifestyle. I've watched videos on YouTube by fitness blender and Jillian Michaels. And I walk and jog for 30-45 mins. I now have a DVD by Jillian Michaels that I watch, each workout is 20 mins long and I still go for walks and jog. I do plan on going to the gym…

My "mini" goal is to reach 200lbs by the end of August. I'm 209 at the moment, possibly 207 depending on my weigh in results tomorrow. So I don't have much to lose to reach that goal and then I'll make another one. :)

That makes sense. I guess I was over thinking it and reading too many online articles that are complete nonsense. I'll stick to focusing on calories. Its easier. And protein. :) I don't usually go over that by much. :)

Yeah I definitely think it'll be easier to count calories. So I'll try that again.

I eat 1500 calories a day. My macros are 113g Carbs 113g Protein and 67g Fat. I workout 5 days a week. I walk and jog most days and I do Jillian Michaels beginners shred DVD twice a week.

I've been wanting to try overnight oats. So I'll give that shot. I guess I should worry more about calories instead of macros. I didn't use to and I still lost weight.
