There's a lot of videos on YouTube. Like fitness blender and even Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which is awesome. Right now I mainly go for walks and run as well do Jillian Michaels beginners shred. But there's lot of workouts you can do at home. Just be creative and whatever you pick make sure it's something you'll stick…

I keep hearing that late night snacking isn't bad really. Your metabolism never turns off. You can snack before bed and still be fine. It's really about what you're eating and how much. As long as it fits into your deficit and your macros then you should be fine. Although I, myself, try not to late night snack unless I…

I waited until I went down a pants size and I bought me a few pairs of shorts. Now I think I'm down another pants size but I'm going to wait to buy any more clothes, because it can get a bit expensive. I believe I've gone down a bra size as well, but I'm waiting to buy any bras. I'm mainly wearing sports bras now. My…

I just want to get down to a weight I'm comfortable and happy with. I want my boyfriend to be able to pick me up and not nearly break his back. I want to look in the mirror and love the way I look 100%. But most of all I want to be healthy. I want to be able to walk up stairs without being out of breath and when I laugh I…

I'm doing her beginners shred atm. But I hope to start the 30 day and kickboxing one next. I've never heard of the body shred, but I'm definitely interested in trying that one as well. :)

Not necessarily, but they are high in carbs so if that's an issue for you, like myself, then it's best to avoid them or eat them in moderation. Like half of one instead of a whole one.

You look incredible. Congratulations. I can't wait to get down to my goal weight and to feel accomplished. I'm definitely adding you. :)

My snacks are typically 90 calorie granola bars or 100 calorie popcorn. I also like laughing cow light cheese wedges and string cheese. You can also use the bread and add some peanut butter or almond butter of choice with a banana or jam or jelly that's less in fat than regular ones. :)

This is what I eat on a typical day. Breakfast 2 slices pepperidge farm light bread Half an avocado 2 eggs 1/4 part skim shredded cheese (The bread I use is 45 calories per slice and the eggs are cage free) Or 1 scoop protein powder 1c unsweetened vanilla almond milk 8-9 frozen strawberries 15.6g ground flax seeds 2Tbsp…

You're all doing so great. I really think we can help to push each other through this journey. :) Thanks for adding.
-
Congrats! What an accomplishment. :)
-
Thanks for the add. And congrats on your journey and progress thus far. :)
-
Awesome :) And yes I couldn't agree more.

I do better with eating through out the day rather than just having 3 big meals. But that's me. You're preferences are probably different. If you want a snack, eat it, if not then don't.

That sucks that this happened to you. I've never been fat shamed going to stores but back when I was in middle school I did. Big time. And it led me to cutting myself and trying to commit suicide. Its not fair how kids AND adults get away with this crap. But luckily I got over it and it doesn't bother me anymore. As for…

I actually ended up eating 2tbsp of spinach dip and a few crackers. :)

Update: I took out the egg whites and added almond butter and flax seeds. :) Brings it to 414 calories with 25g protein 29g Carbs 25g Fat and 13g fiber.

You look amazing. :) Congratulations.
-
Lol. Nothing wrong with that. I don't think I'd be able to take it outside.
-
Ok good to know. I guess I'll have to find something else then.
-
Yeah that's what I'm thinking about getting. But is it really good at making protein shakes? Does it blend ice and everything good?
-
I started at 268 and I'm not at 213 with over 50lbs lost so far. I've already started the process of loving myself. :) I just can't wait to be in the 100's. Congratulations btw. From what I see in your profile pic you look amazing.

Good to know. Not that I'd buy one anyways. They're pretty pricey. Nice but pricey.
-
Yeah they surprisingly exist. But they aren't cheap. They have what's called a blender shield around them to muffle the noise.
-
Lol. I actually considered that.
-
Do the ingredients separate a lot?
-
I'll check that one out
-
Yeah I figured that out :)
-
I found a good one for around $50. But until I can get it I'll have to suck it up and try making my shakes the night before.
-
How pricey are they?
