53.2 and 73.8 more to go! :)

I love strawberries. :) I will definitely be buying some. And I myself need a new blender. Mine is too loud. Lol. :)
-
I'll have to look out for those. I live peanut butter which is why I've been using pb2 powder. :)
-
Ok maybe it was stupid to think that. Lol. But I am ignorant when it comes to this stuff. I'm still new and learning. :)
-
I'll definitely keep that in mind next time I make my smoothie. :) Also I'm not a big blueberry fan. I think I'll try frozen strawberries instead.
-
I tried my smoothie today with blackberries instead of a banana and I gotta say it was good but a lot of seeds. I'll try strawberry or raspberries next time. I want to try a protein powder but I'm at a loss as to which one to use. I'm not trying to bulk up. I barely do any exercise. So maybe one that's 20g of protein? And…

Congratulations you look amazing! :)

Congratulations! Keep it up. :)

I did lose 6.2 lbs in a week. I haven't weighed myself recently but I'll keep track of it. :) Thanks for the information. I'm not donating to lose extra weight, I just need the money. Lol.

2-3 liters a day. :)

Cheese cheese cheese cheese cheese cheese :)

I use to be one of those people who blamed everything and everyone else for my being overweight. Now I know better. Its my fault and I'm not afraid to admit. Sure there were circumstances in my past that led to me being overweight at a younge age but as I got older I could've done something about it. I chose not to and I'm…

I actually thought about that. And yeah you're right. Besides I remember going from one scale to another in there and the numbers being different. That definitely makes me feel better. :)
-
Thanks guys. I'll keep all of that in mind next time I donate and get weighed. In fact I won't even bother looking at the number on their scale. :) I'm trying to only weigh myself once a month or every two weeks anyways.
-
I always weigh myself in the morning before I eat and everything. But I've read that bathroom scales are highly inaccurate. So that's why I was curious as to why the number was so different from the one at that plasma place. I was measuring myself every month but I haven't recently. I'll definitely have to start doing that…

I believe it's set to 79. But I've been reading that 46 is the norm for someone like myself who isn't very active.

I actually checked my macros (finally) didn't know I could change them. Well they are definitely in my opinion set way too high, But unfortunately since it has to be 100% I couldn't really tweak it.

It's impossible to advise you about protein intake without knowing more information, such as what your macros are set at currently (and why you have set them that way), what your current height/weight/calorie level/activity level are, and whether or not you are lifting weights. That being said, one large egg has only 6g of…

One day I was over 30g because I didn't realize how much chicken I was actually cnsuming. But since ive fixed that I'm usually only over at most 10g.
-
Your activity level has nothing to do with exercise. Its more about your regular activities and work.

Thanks for the advice. I went for a walk yesterday and it felt great. I'm going to push myself to workout because when I was doing it I loved every minute of it. I actually looked forward to it. I have a lot of issues as far as why I'm losing steam with losing weight, but I know I need to remember why I started this…

Sorry for the late rp. Thank you for the advice. I will definitely be buying a scale. I'm sure it'll help. Also I just weighed myself and I've lost another 7 pounds. :) So yes you're right. No plateau.

Ok so it really doesn't matter how long per day I work out? I figured if I may be switched to an hour 3 days a week I'd lose more weight.
