I'm fairly ordinary. Just instant coffee preferably by Nescafe, but any other reputable brand can work. Usually with creamer.

Thanks for your response. Will try and see what can be tweaked. Yes, walking every day is fairly consistent. May miss one day in a week sometimes. Seasonality not a big issue for me. Its Summer all year round in these parts, but there would be slight fluctuations in availability of some items.

This is interesting. Will check out the body fat tester. I agree the pants waist is a good measurement, and the waist is getting tight. I'm trying to fix the problem BEFORE the belly actually hangs over.

I don't think so. Didn't gain weight at home during the COVID19 lockdown nor the work from home period. Strangely this reversal started in September after I got back into the office. And no, I don't partake of the office snacks.

You Spring when others have Autumn (or Fall in America). I have Summer all year round.

Yes, we do it by habit now, not just by enforcement. I was in a doctor's waiting room a few weeks ago and saw a lady enter. She was actually very confused as there was no enforcement at the door. Turned to the rest of us to ask what the requirements were. Like "Where's the sanitizer station?" "Where's guy with the…

When do you expect we'll be done with COVID?? Some countries are now experiencing their second wave, and another big country which will remain nameless for political reasons, has not yet got the first wave under control.

We've hired parents to assist teachers in the schools with enforcing mask-wearing and physical distancing.

Yes, I enjoy the quirks of language between one country and another. Anyway, the concept is the same.

All the best to you, but you'll have to be a bit more precise. If you don't know your starting point, you really won't know when you reach the finish line, nor what it will take to get there.

Getting old will usually happen to all of us. I'm a lot closer to 60 now than 40, so I'm anticipating it.

Overcooked potato and some people undercook meat!! My unpopular opinion is about that concept of beef rare or medium-rare. Absolutely no way for me.

Sounds yuck Avocado?

Thanks. I'll have to review that, but I'm not conscious of any eating change. Yes I know the advice is to use a scale for everything, but that's not been happening. Eyeballing portion sizes, everything looks just about the same as before.

45 minutes walking.

I see. So it may not be the change of exercise to blame then?

We've drifted from the good old days of prepared meals at clearly defined mealtimes. A number of sensible meals at different times of the day will give a better spread of all that the body needs. Therefore various amounts of protein from a variety of sources should get you close to the desired total by the end of the day.
