there are great free 21 day fix resources out there. the containers are used to teach you portion control and there are portion suggestions to make sure you are improving the quality of your nutrition.

look up the recipe: flourless chocolate brownie muffins. the recipe is from beach body, they still have carbs but they have good nutritional value. also don't be scars of the ingredients you see. they are sooooo great!
