  • One thing I would suggest is to take pictures from the beginning of your journey. I have been using MFP for 3 weeks. I have lost 9lbs which may not sound like a lot but check out these pictures. They definitely motivate me to keep going knowing that it is making a difference.

  • I am also trying to lose baby weight but from my 3rd son. I steadily gained more and more weight with each baby and have had a harder time losing the weight each time. I am on day 5 of using this app though and I am so excited to see the results. I feel stronger already!
