  • I am having the same challenge. I make overnight oatmeal that is protein-rich, simple and tasty to give me a jump start on protein for the day. It also makes a good snack. (3 servings) 1 cup each oats, milk, Greek yogurt optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, chia seeds, fruit, nut butter, etc.
