  • I find eating the Organic Seed and Bean chocolate helps me not gorge on other sweet things. I always have a bar of Coconut and Raspberry, I only need a couple of squares and it's sweet enough to not be too bitter. Hope that helps
  • Thanks CurlyCockney, I sync MFP with my fitbit, if I logged water in FB would it sync with the MFP data? :smiley:
