What I do is I type it up in the notes on my phone, then I just add onto that each week then copy and paste it onto here so I don’t have to keep looking for my previous update or type it all out again Hope that helps :) x

@annuthebest what I do, is I log it in my notes on my phone, then when I add onto it each week, I just copy and paste it onto here so I don’t have to keep typing it out or keep looking for my last post Hope that helps x

Thanks - so glad I back to it - when I had an injury a few months ago it stopped me exercising and everything, and the weight just crept back on, so I’m losing what I’d already lost and hopefully this time I’ll keep it going without and injuries like that again lol x
