What I do is fill it out on the "notes" on my phone then on my weigh in days just fill in that day, then copy and paste it onto the challenge Hope that makes sense x

Hi - new to this challenge, I hope it's ok if I join today with it starting yesterday :) June 22nd - 196lbs June 23rd - 196lbs My weight tends to just freeze for monjs at a time then I've one week I'll drop 5-10lbs then I'll be stuck again, so hopefully this will help me out :) x
