Let's do this!!! Throwing out the Pecan Pie!!! Weight: 164.4 Goal by 12/31/19: 147 lbs Favorite activity is taking long walks, hikes. Biggest Challenge: Eating carbs late at night. If I don't see it I won't eat it!... A guilt pleasure: sitting all day watching TV.

I'm 5'6 and weigh 162 lbs... my goal is 142. Gained my weight after a break up.. broke my heart and had me in a hole for 3 years and 20 lbs. later I am finally over it!... Its time to have a relationship with me myself and I... taking it one day at a time!:) BEST!

I just now started counting my calories last week and funny Monday I was up 5 lbs. today I weighed myself and finally, finally... I'm down 5 lbs! Guess my body had to adjust to no alcohol... l was getting pretty bummed out there for a while. Thanks all for your feed back:)

Great information.. I don't eat enough calories ... I'm just now finding that out.. but its just so strange that I wasn't exercising at all and I was drinking 4 glasses a day 5 days a week and my weight was down. I have not started weight training only walking, stair climbing and spin classes...
