My mother in law gifted me a very nice treadmill this week! Now I don't have to wait until daylight to walk and the weather won't stop me. I'm thrilled!

I started in May wearing 18W jeans. Now my regular 16 jeans are comfortable. My boss just said yesterday he could tell I've lost weight..So it's taken a while to show!

We're the same age. I agree with what you said that sitting at a desk all day makes fitness a challenge. I definitely want to look for the book you recommended.
