Are the machines at the gym which measure your, weight and body accurate?

I mean I use pre work out on the days I go gym which has creatine with it and I just take creatine on its own on rest days.

Cutting back as in slim down more? Im not really that big tho. I would post a picture but can't seem to find one to post one up here.

I feel like I am getting bigger, but I guess I will have to bulk so I can push more then maintain the strength while cutting?

I'm just using pre-work out atm, creatine on my days off and protein shakes. I'm now trying to monitor how much I eat.

It's great way to end the day by going to the gym after being stuck in the office for the whole day. Feels great! Get back on it and you will be in. Shape in no time.
