Thanks for the wonderful advice! I had to reset my starting weight because i think my scales were unreliable to begin with. I weighed at 13st 10 this morning so i guess thats my new starting weight (was 14st)

well done for loosing that 30lbs! how long did it take? im doing this for similer reasons, i want to feel confident again and spend more time with my little one outside of our flat.

hey good luck! Looks like we have similer goals! mine are: - 30 mins step aerobics 6 days a week - 30 mins walk every day - 1 bar of chocolate a week or a pudding (this is the hardest one) - Eat lots of fruit and veggies
