  • 36 F here. I wear whichever adidas one is the highest support. It's alright, and it doesn't hurt my back or tug when I'm running, but they aren't perfectly still either.
  • I don't really sweat from heat, I just get overheated and pass out, get a migraine, or puke. However, when I work out, I sweat like a pig.
  • I am in the middle of one right now after 1.5 km. I feel like it's more mental than anything. But I was on like a month long break, so that might be it, my body just likes getting back into it.

  • I weigh myself once a week, generally Saturday morning. I'm going to keep this up until I get my maintenance weight, then I might start weighing myself more often out of curiosity. As of now, I'm too emotional about my weight for me to do it more than weekly.
  • I tend to do it as I go. Logging ahead just doesn't work well for me, since I'm hungry at irregular intervals, and if I don't eat, I get cranky.

  • Core exercises are very good for people with a bigger chest. I do a few crunches basically daily, made an effort to improve my posture, and my back pain is gone almost all the time.

  • My family went to the Keg to celebrate my brothers graduation from uni. I managed to stay under calories because I planned around it and didn't eat much earlier. I also went for a three hour walk, and while I was out I passed by a full length mirror, and I thought I didn't look super fat, just tall. Cool.

  • I'm working off of a 20 year old analog scale, it was 202 when I weighed myself this morning, but it's only going to be a rough guess. And I meant 100s, like 198 or 197 in three weeks.

  • Howdy folks My weekly weigh ins are on Saturday, and I was 202 ish last time I weighed. I'd like to be in the 100s by the time school ends in three weeks, which I think is very doable.

  • My friend and I went for a hike. She does this thing where she walks all the path, but jogs the hills, and I managed to keep up! We were gone for over an hour and I never got breathless enough the conversation halted.
