Today was my first day at Uni, and the buffet style cafeteria. So. Many. Vegtables. I ate so many vegtables omg. Those habits are good ones and I hope I can keep them up.

New goal then; I want to do a Reverse Freshman 15. I'll lose 15 pounds over my freshman year instead of gaining; I'd prefer to do it within first term though. So when I head back to school in January, I want to be 175.

Today is my 100th day of logging. Also I took a photo yesterday with my brother (we're about the same height and he's 20 pounds less than me) but I didn't look bad in the photo!

I love ketchup chips. So much. Eat the whole bag with a 700 ml cola no problem. I only buy them if I figure I'm not gonna be eating for the rest of the day. Gross, and not healthy, but fits in my calories.

I used to lie down on my bed and use my computer, and I can't do that for too long now, since my ribs start to hurt. I'm not even near thin or normal weight yet and my body isn't used it this.

I'm like you, classic hour glass. I currently would love to lose weight from my hips and my back and chest. But it's all going from my waist, I'm gonna start looking rediculous soon.

I never considered how much food I just easily say no to, until I stepped back to think about it. Just today, I said no to pretzels and fries today at work, chips at home and I had dessert that was a third of the size of everyone else's.

If you're after the flavour, there are some zero calorie syrups that you can get. Or try flavoured coffee beans, rather than adding the flavour yourself. I love coffee but I've always had it black, so I'm not sure to be completely honest.

5'11" and I'm currently 196. I started at 215. I want to get down to 170 and re evaluate, but I feel 160-165 would be a good spot to sit.
