Personally I like to get a workout in if I am sick (from a cold). I like to sweat it out!!! Also plenty of rest as well and fluids.

I make scrambled eggs. 1 egg with 2 egg whites. I then put a little Sriracha sauce on top. Also multigrain eggo waffles with a little honey. Hard boiled eggs.
