I'm 5'10" and was 430lbs at my heaviest and a size 34 I'm now down 190lbs and a size 16. I'm still working on my goal of a size 10/12. It's been a long crazy road and I'm loving every minute of it! Amazing job to everyone here motivating yourself and others!!
