  • Thank you! I am 5'5 and it took me 11 months. I exercise 4 to 5 days a week. My normal day I do 20min on the treadmill with a 10 incline, 5 miles on the bike, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and I finish it up with doing light weights but more reps on my arms and 100 crunches.
