  • A couple of my favorite quick breakfasts that I can eat in the car. Spread a couple spoons almond butter on a low carb tortilla and wrap it around a banana. Or 1 cup unsweetened amond milk, 1 cup cooled coffee, a big scoop chocolate protein powder, and ice in a blender bottle. Grab a piece of fruit for a snack later.
  • I mash up a hard boiled egg (plus hb egg white) with a 100 calorie packet of wholly quacamole. I usually eat this on top of multigrain english muffin halves. Love my green eggs. lol
  • I do the same as others have mentioned on here. I use unsweetened almond milk (sometimes almond/coconut) and then add a couple Tbsp. coffeemate sugar free italian sweet cream. Sweet, creamy, low cal, and sooooooooo good.
