  • Sorry for the late reply, I just saw this thread today. Hope you were able to find some motivation. Whenever I hit a rough patch in life I try to rememeber that old adage "This too shall pass". Everything is temporary so hang in there!
  • Banana-flavored farts would be an improvement
  • My motivations to pursue fitness include: improved energy levels, better mood (thanks endorphins!), increased self-confidence, better-fitting clothes, and a desire to have more self-control. I've changed how I approach food, and what I allow myself to consume on a daily basis, and it has made a huge difference. Remember:…
  • Keto pee. That's all I can think of :)

  • haha, awesome! I say 'own it' and then point to the research that smelling farts may be good for your health. http://theweek.com/speedreads/450160/study-smelling-farts-may-good-health

  • Nothing stinks worse than a juicy protein fart! Lol... Really though, it is a regular part of the fitness "scene" and a normal function of the body. We all deal with it to some degree. I find that working out before eating/early in the morning keeps the gas to a minimum.
  • Do you workout in the am before you eat or later in the day? Personally I usually work out in the early am and dont typically have flatus issues. Good luck finding the solution!
  • You could try a pre-workout pitstop in the restroom to... ehem... unburden yourself of the gas, etc.
