Awesome! I find if I don't get my exercise in right away in the morning, I usually don't bother. And I know how good I feel after so it's frustrating if I don't do it. I don't really have a goal but to lose whatever I can in whatever time frame. Slow is good, but not too slow.. Have a great day!!

I don't have a scale so it's whenever I can get somewhere that has one. I've only just started a few weeks ago but in the past I found, for myself, that weighing often wasn't good for me.. I would get discouraged if I didn't see a loss.. now, I use clothes more as my scale..
