  • A friend of mine at work has been fasting one day a week for decades. I was able to reduce a few days to 1000 cal but not further, my body said eat now or crash. Listen to your body and listen to your friends if you get too extreme. The goal shouldn't be a number but healthy. It's different for everyone.

  • Sugar, I have my wife and friends / work folks help me avoid them. I try benders without or count out a daily supply as a challenge.
  • James, 6', bounced to 200's, goal 180's so not big change. I logged everything I ate, tried to leave 500-1000 cal per day on table, used garmin Vivosmart to determine the Cal's I earned, 150 min of vigerious workout per week.
