No i havenβt seen the show but this was a great suggestion! Hubby was able to share that concern with the doctor, so thank you so much! He is going for an ultra sound next week.. she suggested gallbladder stones as well but we will know better after more tests. π

How do you do a fast? That sounds like a silly question but I guess Iβm asking if you have any tips for someone whoβs never succeeded in completing a 24 hour fast. Do you allow for any liquids besides water? Thank you. π
