My son is 14 months old. I'm down 8 pounds from the beginning of June. I log most days and I weigh and measure everything I do log. I exercise occasionally (I work 10.5 hour days, 4 days a week, so I'm exhausted 90% of the time). I use veggies to bulk up my meals, and stick with lean proteins.

Please keep in mind your initial weight loss isn't typical. What is normal is about 2 lbs a week. Your are doing fantastic keep it up. If you don't have a food scale invest in one. I was a cook in a nursing home. My best advice is to plan ahead and being your own meals or snacks.

Roast beef with carrots (left overs or even rust beef sandwiches, can even cut up the meat for a stew feel or eat the meat on a salad). Steak great for salads, tacos, quisadillas. Salmon or shrimp, I'll put with a veggie pasta or put in a salad. Tuna sometimes I'll make tuna salad or just plain tuna on salad or make a wrap.

Unless you catch them yourself. Much hubby and a went out "fishing" for blue and stone crabs over 4th of July. Free minus the cost of our fishing license.

So if mfp sets your calories at 1300 them you should be able to eat that amount and lose your pre set pounds per week. So I don't exercise (lack of time and motivation), mfp has my calorie goal around 1800 if I eat that I lose about 1. Lb per week without exercise. Even if you do t get out b of bed all day your body burns…

For every 15 lbs I lose I'm going to either do a pedicure, massage, or new pair of clothes or shoes. When I get under 200 in getting a keratin treatment on my super curly hair, when I get to 150 I'm getting my son's footprint tattooed on my shoulder.

I would made put in home made French bread (that's what it looks like to me) and homemade strawberry jam and enter using a tablespoon amount

This sounds very similar to the "you don't need to bed able to walk tomorrow challenge" jk lol. I'm in, berm doing walking lunges back and forth from my desk but never a set amt.
