I wasn't, the closest running shop is an almost 2 hour drive. I can walk this like it's nothing with no issues, even ride my bike up it without problems.

Thursday I weighed 210.8 pounds. Monday morning I was at 217. Now that would mean I would have had to over eat by 21700 calories. And average o 5425 more calories a day. Keep in mind to gain a pound of fat you have to eat an additional 3500 calories, so unless you at 21,000+ calories over your daily limit it is just normal weight fluctuations. You're weight will fluctuate day to day, don't put to much emphasis on your daily weight.

I try to keep water readily available. I find when I'm drinking water consistently then in less likely to eat because I'm bored. But I'll also keep gum or mints on hand

I understand where your coming from, mine was getting to take a yoga class this past weekend. I missed doing yoga. But it really helped me put things into perspective.

It's hard especially when family isn't supportive. You kind of have to change your mindset. And make sure to log everything. And your family's attitude does make sense in a way to me because they're making fun of you based off their own insecurities and probably past failures.

I've used cups and the scale just to b see how off things are. For example it says peanut bury is 2 tbsp or 32 grams. But at 32 grams it actually about 1.5 tbsp. I can't remember exactly but I think the pays I was eating said lime 1 c was a serving star but based on the weight it was like. 5 a cup.

My husband tells me when ever we have pasta that pasta is an empty carb so I can eat as much of it as I want and not gain weight. I have my bachelor's degree in nutrition and when I try to explain how that's not right he tries to argue with me.

The morning shouldn't be an issue. Usually they want to give you to rest for 24 hours, but that might jabbed changed. Is been awhile since I gave blood.

@cee134 I eat well but lack self control. we're staying with my in-laws and they aren't the most healthy eaters. Last time we were at the beach most of the day. No lunch or whatever we grabbed at the gas station. Breakfast was McDonald's or biscuit and gravy (2 days). And the mostly drink soda, I can't do that again.

Roasted chickpeas, sunflower seeds, humus and veggies, cheese sticks, I've done chocolate humus with bananas and strawberries, yogurt with fruit abs granola, baby carrots, celery, pita chips, air popped popcorn.

Were you wearing shoes, clothes, had you eaten drank anything?. One day for giggles I weighed myself first thing in the morning, naked, before food. Took a shower, got dressed, ate breakfast, weighed about 6 pounds more.

Fruit and yogurt parfait with crushed walnuts. Using 168 g of Greek yogurt, divided into 3 layers. Yogurt, peaches, yogurt, strawberries, yogurt topped with crushed walnuts. It was pretty what I knew how to post pictures.

Opting for healthier places, Chic-fil-a, panda express, subway. Go for grilled chicken vs anything fried, opt for water, unsweetened tea, or light lemonade instead of soda. There sugar free mocha Frappuccino isn't bad. Are you stuck on it being from Starbucks. International Delight makes an iced coffee you can buy at your grocery store. I get the light mocha and over ice is delicious. 8 oz is 90 calories.

Haven't really ate today :(. I think I accidently have my whole family food poisoning. But in a usual day I have a salad (85 g), half a cucumber (mine from my garden weigh about 1 lb), and carrots (85 g). The greens for the salad usually include kale, spinach and romaine.
