Agreed, I've had some pretty hearty soups and I've also had broth masquerading as soup.

I've developed an aversion to yogurt. Not sure what happened, used to be a staple food to me. It just kind of makes me ill even thinking about it now.

I'm hoping for the best because I had no side effects from the flu vaccine. Knock on wood, but the only shot that's done anything to me is the tetanus shot.

I have had some hardcore struggle days when it comes to eating, to the point of binge eating. I went through a depressive period and the transitional period coming out of it made eating a big struggle. I'm doing better though, and I'm hoping being back here will help me be more consistent!

I'm very much an emotional eater. I had to work on the emotions to get a grasp over the eating, just trying to stop the eating didn't work for me. I went through a depressive period recently and the transitional period after treatment caused me to eat a lot, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it would have been had I not had…

I have the Ninja blender/food processor and I really like it. I use it mainly for smoothies but occasionally for food processing. I'd say it makes a better blender than food processor, but if you don't do food processing that often, I think it works to save storage space by only having one device.

I prefer Tumaro's wraps for general wrapping of things, but I like Flat Out for flatbread pizza.

I can't stand room temperature fruit. Must be cold or hot. You will never see a bowl of fruit on the counter in my house.

Restaurants vary, so what you just did (estimate based on other entries) is a decent way of going about it. I usually like to compare to calorie counts from chain restaurants, since it's possible to know the portion size. It's not going to be perfect, and that's okay as long as it's not frequent. 767 seems about right for…

How many grams of fiber are you getting a day? Might be best to talk with a doctor about it. But, too much fiber also causes constipation.

Does caffeine count as a food? Foods and drinks with caffeine and I don't get along. At all. I can maybe handle a bit of cola or chocolate.

Yesss, funfetti is my jam.

Maybe it's not the method that's the problem, but the mindset behind it. Wish you all the best. I struggle immensely if my brain isn't in the right place. My best weight loss plan is regular therapy, lol. I still struggle with negative self-talk and self-esteem, but the better it gets, the better I seem to do at overcoming…

My confidence has also improved a lot. It wasn't the weight loss itself or bodily changes that did it (although it didn't hurt!) but the act of caring for myself and making my health and well-being a much more important part of my life. I realized how nice it felt to put myself first, and how people actually respond more…

I wish my cat would do that at the right time, but instead she wakes me up at 4am to be fed lol.

That shirt is looking so baggy! Great job!

I don't have pain in my left knee and hip anymore, and it makes being active so much easier, which helps a ton with my mental health.
-
I've gotten so consistent with my morning walks that Siri automatically generated a shortcut for me to set my 30 minute timer for my walk.

The truthiest of truths.

Bless this time of colorful leaves, apple cider, pumpkin spice, and cool rainy weather. I make a pumpkin smoothie that I will now drink hot instead of cold. I can finally wear the sweatshirts I found at the thrift shop in the summer.

I have to consciously remind myself how uncomfortable I felt when I was at a higher weight, because sometimes I catch myself wondering why I lost weight in the first place. It's easy to become complacent with your current weight and forget how much better it feels to have the weight off.
-
Agreed, a lot of it is good habits that also happen to result in weight loss rather than just the weight loss itself.

Same I didn't realize you could do it with already-made bread. I wonder how well it turns out with bread-ends, because that would be a great use for them.
-
Me too, lol. Been loving my low-calorie french toast with a lot of strawberries.

I find them good if the cheese has a high enough fat content, but a lot of them don't so the cheese ends up really gummy in texture when the temperature cools.
-
You weren't asking me but yes, yes I do bite the green part off first. That's how you eat them, ofc. I adore mellowcreme candies. I love the waxy texture.

I wouldn’t consider an omelette to be plant-based. Too much egg and butter/oil. Just removing the meat does not make it plant-based.
-
I’m not a big wine person either so I would pass either way lol. Tangentially related, I love over cooked pizza. I like it when the cheese is brown and a little chewy.

I went to the beach today instead of going for my morning walk, and ended up going for a walk anyway because I wanted to explore the village near the beach. It was very nice!

It's really impossible to know how your kid will respond. I find kids tend to not suffer as much from gas-inducing things as adults do. It was when I started to get into my 30's is when things actually started giving me gas. The only thing that might happen is your kid might pick up on something being different about the…
