I have to eat at least 350 calories with my medication so I usually just have that. I need to start making bigger breakfasts, mornings is usually when I'm hungry. Overnight oats with peanut butter and chia might work. Thanks for the list. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow so good thing to have on hand.

I eat them sliced on a salad with lettuce, bit of cottage cheese, avocado, tabasco, salt and pepper. It's usually a snack between meals. I use two eggs and more avocado if I want it as a full meal. It's pretty good.
