Thanks for all your advice!! I am going to stress less about losing weight. Because I know that all this cardio and strength training is giving me more energy and feeling happier. Therefore I truly believe I will lose weight eventually. Going after endorphins!!

The app gives accurate info on what I put into my body no matter how I hate to see the calories add up. I also use measuring cups no matter how tedious it is measuring my 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup blueberries.
