  • I have been on this 2 months with really no effort I have lost 12 lbs just by controlling carbs with calorie count. Surprised how many Calories My Fitness wants me to eat, most days I don't hit the number. I am not looking for a quick fix but I figure 5lbs a month & I haven't given up too much, cept a lot of carbs, lol…
