I'm a big fan of rowing machines.

Everyone is kicking butt! I'm 6'. Originally, I was 284. Currently, 268. Goal, 200. That goal may get more aggressive as I get closer. I'm not sure where I'll be when that rolls around.

This thread is teaching me one thing. SYSK listeners are alcoholics.

First of all, try not to be embarrassed. You've done incredible work, and you're healthier overall. You deserve to be confident... Well, the excess skin issue kind of depends. At 26, you have age on your size. It should shrink up to an extent. Also, strength training will also tighten it. For legs, there's squats. If you…

Ice cream. I can eat all day, everyday. There's a dairy, Halo Farms, that I particularly love. I fight it by not having any near me, ever. While I love treats, I'm also lazy. Generally, I'm more lazy than hungry. So if I'm willing to go through the effort of buying it, I feel like I deserve it.

I eat mostly the same stuff, but I've changed the ratio. Before, I'd have a mountain of pasta, big piece of meat, and some veggies. My long term goal, for now, is 200 pounds. Last time I was down to 220, I had a slight gut. I'm hoping this means I was 20 pounds away from being in Zach Efron shape. Short term, my goals are broken in 5% increments. I passed 270 already, working towards 257. Already down a couple belt notches.

Here's a little something I did to keep myself motivated. I broke my weight loss goals down to 5% increments. It takes work to get to each one, but they're all attainable. Also, I want to make it a point that even if I stall, I won't go above an achievement point.

I'm Geoffrey (Geoff) Felsher. 6' 268 pounds. To start the year, I was 284 so I'm already on my way. To this point, my weight isn't a huge problem, but I'm fairly young and am realistic what it will do long-term. I'm so excited to be doing this with you all.
