Long term goal is to get back to around 160/size 12. I was very comfortable there. I can't believe my "ideal" weight is supposed to be 125. I would look ridiculous. I had no idea there were groups in myfitnesspal until I saw the facebook post today! This will give me one more reason to log in! I've actually been catching up on my SYSK in 30-45 chunks as I walk my dog every day. So I already consider the podcast part of my exercise regimen :)

I'm a solid Ketoer. It used to be about losing weight but more recently I have really enjoyed the steady energy I have throughout the day. I've been doing a lot of research and reading and feel like I've got a solid grasp about what Keto does for my body. I am super sick of eggs though. SO MANY EGGS.
