  • I have been subtracting fibre from the total carbs and am learning to aim for 25-35g of fibre a day. I aim for keeping the net carbs to .7x my current weight but often it is much less.
  • Hi! Welcome and I sent a friend request :) I am low carb but not in the keto zone so much of my diary has some carbs.

  • HI! I am going to join in with this challenge. I have a misfit flash and have just joined MFP. I have a job where I sit all day :/ but average 6500 steps when I go for a walk. If I add another walk I can make 10000.
