I used to use chewing gum with artificial sweetners whenever we went long drives and it used to make me pee a lot. I am facing the same problem . I mostly cook at home for entire family (5). A dash of this and pinch of that kind of thing. Portioning weighing and tracking all ingredients adds complexity . I weigh and track pre packaged /ready to eat things. Its the homecooked meals that throwing me off track. Any tips.

Similar stats .I am 152 and at 120-122 lbs. Vegetarian and planning to lose about 8-10 lbs because these extra 10 lbs on my small frame does not sit well. We are close to or at normal weight . I have the same issue. I am 5'1 and 120 lbs early 40s. I want to lose the last 6-7 lbs . Even when I set the weekly weightloss goal to 0.5 MFP still gives me 1200 (without exercise- I choose the sedentary mode so I can add the exercise cals later) . What is the setting u all use to get it to 1300-1350.
