My primary short term goal is to just get started. Get up and exercise at least 4 times a week. Record everything I eat. Lose a pound a week. Long term, I'd like to get down to 130 lbs. That's over 40 lbs from where I am now. I'd be ok with 140. Mostly I want to feel strong and energetic.
