Happened to me last month so I totally understand. My bloat lasted for almost two weeks! I kept up with my diet though and when the water weight went down I dropped an additional 3 pounds! I'd say just watch sodium intake to help control additional bloating. Feel free to add me!

If you're nursing you should be eating around 1500 cal/day. I'm also a SAHM, with a CW of 180# & GW of 125. I had my son in March and so far diet and exercise has seemed to make a difference. I started exercising a lot and doing yoga. That seemed to work until my left knee started to give me problems. HIIT probably isn't in the cards for me but I can definitely start lifting a little. My LO is just shy of 4 months, but I feel mostly back to normal. I also go walking with the kids. It's beneficial for everyone!…

Breastfeeding mom of three month old son. Have 3 kids. Trying hard to lose baby weight as my youngest two are only 20 months apart. Goal is 60 pounds to lose as a start to get back where I was 3 years ago. Hello!
