  • To me, the treadmill is the zen of my day. I intentionally forget I'm doing it until I can't ignore it anymore (I gradually increase speed and/or incline) then I take it as a challenge to push my self further.
  • I feel like fitness starts in community. When I meet people who are healthy, they always have a group of friends they are active with or share food ideology with. I think this is a great start! I'm sending a request now.
  • 30 pounds is not a small success! It may be close to half your goal, but it is still a great accomplishment!
  • I get up at 5:30 so I can work out for an hour, take a shower, get dressed, then get the 3 kids ready. It's helped me to remove all tasks from the morning other than "me" tasks. The morning is mine now. It's quiet (silence is a highly valued commodity in my house lol) and I get to get out (which doesn't happen a lot lol).…
