PW 138.2lbs CW 136.8lbs Worked out for 30 min 6 out of 7 days this week!! Feeling good about that. I hope I can keep my motivation up. There is a Race Weekend coming up at the end of May with races at varying levels. I'm thinking of registering for the 2 kilometer race to help with motivation. My daughter said ahe wouldโฆ

Here's my wiegh in from Sunday this week PW 135.8 lbs ๐ CW 138.2 lbs ๐ Don't know what happened there but I'm determined to get back on track. I've started an exercise program this week and have completed 30 minutes of fitness training each day so far, plus gone for a 1.3 kilometer run/walk. I do love the feeling of beingโฆ

Sorry I'm so late posting this week Sunday weigh day (Mar 6th): PW 135lbs CW 136.2 lbs I need to do something different from what I'm doing now to keep going in the right direction....not sue what yet - I'll keep you posted

PW 137.2lbs CW 135.0 lbs I was super happy to see this loss when I stepped on the scale this morning. I have a feeling my weight went up again due to lovely potluck dinner at a friend's house this evening. I think I'll stay off the scale for a couple days while I get back on track....no need.to discourage myself!

@jessicakrall8 thank you for your kind and supportive words. I found my fitbit today in the pocket of a pair of pants that were in the laundry! Time to get back on step counting track.

I'm sadly letting the team down.... I haven't been tracking my steps over the last several days and have misplaced my Fitbit (honestly!). PW 136.2 lbs CW 136.4 lbs When I weighed myself yesterday I was excited to see I was 135.6 lbs but then today I was over 136 again. Maybe it was the Lasagna I had on Saturday. Anyway....still sticking with it.

My goals for January include: Stop eating dessert after dinner -so far so good! Return to doing a 20 min morning run 4-5 days a week or 30 min of indoor exercise if it's too cold.out (was -20C this morning!) - so far so good. Start a light wieght lifting program 3xs a week - I found an online video I like and have done itโฆ
