Minneapolis checking in and we have tons of biking, hiking, and snowshoeing trails. There's also some skiing/snowboarding around here and kayak/canoe/dragon boat/stand up paddle board in the warmer months

I'll add ya. 32yo in Minneapolis here. No kids, just lift weights, bike, hike, run, etc. and eat the best I can. Been on MFP almost 2 years now

I make a big batch of this to have on hand, then just add some kind of protein depending on the meal.
