Thank you for your suggestions. I stay under 1,200 calories a day and try and reach my 10,000 steps a day. I do yoga 3 nights a week and drink large amounts of water. My weight just continues to increase and my doctor has tested my thyroid numerous times and it's fine. I go back to my doctor in July to recheck my weight…
