Procrastination. I don't actually go to the gym later when I tell myself I will. I eat chips and drink wine instead, and then I'm all like, I'll just go in the morning. And I never do. I. Never. Do.

Zumba is always my go to (I was an instructor for about three years). Now that I don't teach I do running, Pilates, and weights.

I'm Lindsay. I'm 5 foot even and weigh 113. I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight but to tone back up. I went through an illness last year that halted my work outs. Heard about this group and was like YAAAS. So yay!!
