It may be that you're using muscles you don't usually with your new routine but I'd aim for rest every 4th day. But your calories are very low, make sure your getting what you need hun. If you're feeling dizzy at all id up the calories a couple of hundred.

Oh and there are trimester calories on fit pal thay you can add to snacks or whatever that give you extra calories as needed. You might find those useful x

Thank you all x Perhaps it is taking others some time, just as it is me, to get used to looking different. Most of the negative comments come from family and long term friends who were used to me being fat. I'm happier than I was that way so they can just suck it up :)
