Sometimes I just have a mug of chicken broth if I am craving chips or something at night, or I will wrap deli meat in lettuce with mustard etc, when I want a sandwhich but am watching my carbs, or don't have enough calories.

I love larger helpings as well, so I usually don't eat much all day, and then eat a giant dinner around 5:30. For more filling lower calorie dinner options, I steam/satay large quantities of veggies to fill my plate. I have always wanted to cosplay, but didn't want to look like the fat version of whatever I was cosplaying as :frowning: . I dressed up as punk rock sailor moon once, but would like to get fit enough to actually fit into premade pieces as well.

I love a lot of nerdy things, and have a thing for nerds as well ;). Anime, graphic novels, sci-fi, star trek, cartoons (adventure time, rick and morty, etc), b-movies....really most things nerdy interest me. I have already added a bunch of you, feel free to add back!

I would suggest a butter popcorn or cheddar rice cake? Somewhat less calories, but still salty and crunchy. It could at least help you wean yourself off the Ritz.

I second using a period tracker. I use one called Clue, and you can track other things along with your cycle such as cravings, bloating, etc. This really helps me keep in check what is going on with my body and what to expect so that I feel less guilt.
