Drink lots of water. Thirst is often confused with hunger. You’ll find it helps the losses too.

I totally get you. I think about food all the time and feel as though I am always fighting against gaining weight. People will stop at one helping of a pudding, but if it's there I'll have more. Hi. I walk my dogs twice a day and it earns me around 4-500 calories. I certainly think it's worth it to allow my self to eat more than my recommended 1200 a day. It also mentally helps as I can clear my head and ponder life.

Thanks. Maybe I should have said. I'm 145lb and 5,3. I need to lose around a stone. I guess slowly losing that is the way to go. I'll try to leave the 25% and see how I do.

If I want something extra to eat over my calories for the day, I go for an extra walk and 'earn' the calories first.
