I do 4 to 5Oz chicken breast shredded with a 2/3cup mixed frozen veggies and 2/3 rice. Seasoned to my mood of the day. That's my dinner meal option 2 is 4oz beef cubed or shredded seasoned to taste with 2 cups broccoli and 2/3 rice. Tuna salad wraps in lettuce or organic wraps are another meal prep menu for me. Coconut water has a far more beneficial make up. But it's the Internet so we will just go with both are great for you. I happened to try something different.
