I haven't, I just don't want to feel sick after eating something like that before bed! I was looking for something more like a shake, the convenience to bring it to work on top of lunch would be easy for me.

Yeah I'm trying to bulk! It's really hard for me to gain because my metabolism is so fast and my job is so physical. Pretty much need 2680 calories a day to gain 1 lb a week.

I think the most annoying thing at the gym is when a guy walks up to you to talk but you have your headphones on and your caught off guard into your workout! My advice would be to try and make eye contact first to vibe her out and see if she's looking back at you, then when your both free from a workout go say Hi!
