I'm in. Start weight for this challenge is 191. My birthday is about a week after yours, on the 18th. Adding in that extra week, maybe I can hit 181 for my birthday, which would be a 75 pound weight loss over-all. Let's do this.

I really like it and it seems to satisfy me for the entire morning. Had dental surgery so I'm not eating anything seed related at the moment, but after things heal up and the stitches are gone, I'll start in again.

When I'm missing Starbucks I add a scoop to coffee along with a tsp of coconut oil and throw it in the blender. Amazing. Also use strong tea instead of coffee. Yesterday was a mint chocolate tea with the vanilla protein powder and coconut oil. That was the best ever.
