A lot of people with your restrictions found success with eating Soylent. Soylent.com

I prefer meal replacement bars like Joylent Twenny Bars that have 20% of your daily nutrition requirements, they are pricey at $2.00 per bar, 400 calories. (21g protein) Flavors: Banana, Chocolate. I also like Soylent Food Bar, a bit more pricey per calorie than Joylent, 12.5% of your daily nutrition requirements, $1.90…

It depends on why you use the creamer? If it's for sweetness I say use a zero calorie sweetener only. If you are cutting down the acidity by using a creamer, use skim milk only. If you are looking to cut acidity and add sweetness use a combination of both. If you are looking for an added flavor go for a sugar free creamer…

There are calories in some artificial sweeteners, they just get to round down to zero because they are allowed to by FDA regulations. I wanted you to be aware if you are trying to count every calorie. (It's like pickles, pickles are listed as zero calories but cucumbers are about 35 calories per 100 grams. It's not like…

If your body doesn't have issues regulating sugars, stick with what is most satiating to you! Go with the carbs, I love carbs. Some people seem to have a negative response to carbs -or- have a greater response in regards to weight loss removing carbs from their diets.

I do count the oil calories for my foods. If I am sautéing fajita veges, I use the minimum amount of oil to get the job done and even though there is some oil left in the pan if I used 1Tbps of oil, and it's 100 calories, I record 100 calories. This way I can't cheat and sabotage myself. If I consume less calories than I…

It depends. I'm ok with "chemical" names in ingredients, break down any ingredient and it has a base structure, usually referred to by its chemical name. I am a fan of reduced/low/no sugar and salt options, I like to add my own when I can. As for tacos, my wife and I use plain non-fat Greek Yogurt in place of sour cream,…

I do, I run two to four miles daily. I even run during my 30 minute lunch break at work. General calisthenics during the week. I went from a 24 minute mile to a 7 minute mile. I am really proud of my progress and am looking forward to trying some running events! My outlook on life has changed. Used to have a lot of…

I eat Soylent for breakfast and lunch 400cal each meal, then whatever homemade dinner I want as long as it's within my daily calorie limit to maintain weight. (Currently 3,000 calorie, I like big dinners. )

I would recommend Soylent over Slim Fast any day. If your looking for a quick, easy meal replacement that has complete nutrition, vegan friendly, low glycemic load, and is only $1.90 per meal - Soylent.com You are more than likely going to be more hungry and grumpy being in a fasting state. This could lead to over eating…

(Whatever you do, however you get healthy - I say go for it.)

I had a problem with skipping meals mainly breakfast and lunch. Thankfully Soylent gives me no excuse to not eat food, even if I "don't have the time" to eat, I do - Soylent. Soylent is not intended for weight loss, it acts as a meal replacement or alternative. Rosa Labs, creator of Soylent is Pro GMO Read, "Proudly Made…

I have and continue to eat Soylent for Breakfast and Lunch since February of this year. Its a very useful tool, its easy to count calories, you feel full, it has complete nutrition, low glycemic index, it costs about 1.70 per 500 calories, it gives a person no excuse to eat fast food - nothing is faster than Soylent. For…

I was scared about switching to maintenance mode too. I have been in maintenance mode for a couple of months now and cringe when I see the scale move up a pound. A week later, its down a pound, a week later its up a pound.... I am happy to say, for me, I found a nice middle ground. Congrats on your weight level and good…

Hi Alannah! I do eat Soylent and have since about February of this year. I started eating Soylent on version 1.5 (Powder.) I have tried 2.0 (Drink), Coffiest, and Food Bar. I am a fan of the latest 1.6 powder for price, taste, and texture. I attribute my weight loss (50+ Lbs) to a lifestyle change and counting calories.…
