Of course. 1TBS is around 100 calories...

Don't guesstimate, weigh or measure it before you put it in the pan, or place the empty pan on the scale, zero it, then add oil and take down the weight. After cooking and the pan is cool, place the pan back on the scale, take down the weight and log the amount that has been absorbed by the food.

    Everything with calories counts.

Weight the bottle, pour the oil in the pan, and then weight the bottle again. The difference in weight is how much oil came out of the bottle.

If there's no oil left in the pan after you cook then you ate all of that oil. If there's some left then you need to estimate how much you didn't eat.

My mum cooked it before, I could not measure it.

I do count the oil calories for my foods. If I am sautéing fajita veges, I use the minimum amount of oil to get the job done and even though there is some oil left in the pan if I used 1Tbps of oil, and it's 100 calories, I record 100 calories.

This way I can't cheat and sabotage myself. If I consume less calories than I record it's better than being over and not realizing it.

I just started putting olive oil on my veggies as a dressing because it may help me gain weight. So yes, I do log it.
