  • Start with what you like and go from there. What vegetables do you like? Buy those, and eat those mostly, but try to buy 1 or 2 new produce items a week to try and expand your taste. You never know what you may like. A year ago I literally couldn't stand cooked kale, it made me spit it out. However, now, I like cooked kale…
  • Adagio has the best loose leaf tea. :) They have an earl grey green which is amazing, and their mandaran green tea is fantastic as well. I use stevia in my tea whenever it needs sugar. Adagio is an online tea shop and shipping is pretty fast. If you don't like green tea, then why not try white tea? It's an even more…
  • Been flexitarian for six years (mostly vegetarian with very, very occasional meat) and now I want to go vegetarian full blown and maybe dip my toe into vegan eventually. I'd love some friends! My diary is open. :)
  • Fruit, smoothies, toast, English muffins, bagels, tofu scrambled like eggs(which is super good if you add some onion, garlic, and cumin), or cereal. :)

I also use them in a protein waffle which is one scoop protein, one serving egg whites, and 1/2 tsp baking powder. They taste pretty good and no eggy taste or texture. I love em. :)
  • I prefer silk vanilla almond milk unsweetened. it tastes pretty amazing and is super low calorie. If I want more protein I drink silk vanilla soymilk. Not all non dairy milks are the same so if you do decide to switch you should try a couple of brands and flavors to find what you like and suits you best. :)
  • Peanut butter cookie is definitely the best and has the best texture, but as the others were saying, the texture is still a bit off. If I may, I suggest So Delicious Cashew milk icecream. It has the closest texture to dairy ice cream. :)
  • Hi! I think I've tried just about every main stream vegan ice cream that their is. Each milk does it a little differently. With coconut milk, you can still totally taste the coconut, so if you like that flavor that one is good. Almond milk is pretty creamy and doesn't have much of an almond-y taste. The best for sure is…
